If I could leave no stars I would. Save your money and don't visit them. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the service we received at the Walmart Auto Care Center in Douglasville, GA. My husband recently encountered an appalling situation that demands immediate attention and resolution. Very slow. I had been calling for about two weeks to get a battery installed and could never get an answer. So I went to the store instead. The lady was very considerate in getting me seen the same day. There was 30 plus minute cool down time they needed because they said the car was really hot, understandable. My issue was the 30 plus minutes in addition to that in which it took the Technician Blake to replace the battery. Techs don't do a good job at all. Bought new tires paid for balancing and install. Tires wasn't balanced.. lugs missing and was stripped. Left jumped on 20 ..had to go back to get balanced properly paid tech a tip to still not be done right. Went back. They was closed smh due to short of being staffed.. had to take my car elsewhere and pay again to be balanced. Walmart got to do better
Arrived for an oil change only to receive worst customer service ever at this Douglasville Walmart location. Young black woman wearing turban was extremely dismissive and black guy with twist/locs did not dare to look my way. He became quite attentive though when I spoke to the young lady about her dismissive behavior. There was once a great auto team working in this department.
