They seem to not verify what battery your car requires when you come in. Sold me the wrong type of battery for my Volkswagen Tiguan and it caused my alternator to go out. It was the tire shop manager that sold me battery and installed. Bad business.
Good price on tires and quick service!
Service was fast and very affordable. Was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. They had my tires in stock which made getting the issue resolved easy. They even offered a protection plan with I definitely took advantage of! Cedrick at the counter was so kind and patient. Held the door while I wheeled my cart outside. Been taking my vehicle here for a year usually didn't ever have an issue until Sunday April 13th,2025. Took my vehicle in just for a tire replacement. Asked them to rotate the new tire to the front they couldn't for other reasons no big deal. They installed the tire where it was needed. But it wasn't until a few days later when my vehicle started acting up and made a bunch of new noises and issues. Took my vehicle to my normal mechanic.
