Had a terrible experience today at this location Landover Annapolis road.. Went in to replace my tires ended up leaving because of one of the managers by name tag Amudu being out right disrespectful to me and told be he did not care and I could go elsewhere no one tried to assist me. The female technician was not helpful, rather give a small shop my money than deal with black people.
My wife visited the Auto Care Center at the Landover Hills Walmart Store (#5129), located on Annapolis Rd on Friday 13th, for tire installation and had a horrible experience with a female service technician who was not professional or knew anything about being a mechanic. I was kinda worried when I booked to get some new tires through Walmart and saw the reviews on here. I saw reviews about taking to long, not charging the right price, cancelled appointments… it took a few hours to get it done but also the price was about 400 dollars cheaper than any other shop around.
