Why is the phone still ringing after 3 minutes??
I strongly recommend going somewhere else for service. I had scheduled an oil change , arrived on time, and told I would have a 90-minute wait. Why even schedule an appointment? Very un professional. You can do better elsewhere! Then, I changed my car oil in the Pep Boys Service Pop boys have a good service Better than walmart, it is very near to the Landover walmart
Very unprofessional. Went for a battery change. They made me run around for 1 hour. Each technician kept pointing to the other technician saying he will do it, before I had to create a scene in the customer service area.
