This Walmart on 5010 N 95th Ave Glendale doesn’t require an appointment for tires. Omar was very informative and helpful. I was in shock when he said park your truck right there and then proceeded to find tires for me. Awesome!

This location installed the wrong size tires ordered from Walmart.com. Now I'm stuck with mismatched tires, and neither the store nor online support will resolve the issue without the wrong tires being returned (which leaves my car unusable). The mistreatment I received from this store and the return/refund rules left me speechless. Poor service and lack of accountability.

Thank you to the staff at the auto center. I had a tire appointment at 35th ave Phx, with prepaid tires, warranty and install and their system could not help me. I had to REORDER my tires, the warranty/install and reschedule to the Westgate location. When my appointment was due, the system showed my tires available but not the prepaid warranty/road hazard package etc. Thankfully the staff were patient and able to find my pre-paid warranty and helped me also find wipers, and also offer an oil change. Terrible experience at this auto center. They've implemented an appointment system, and I hopeful that would take care of their long wait times. Apperenlty that is only the case if they pull your care in on time. I had an appointment for 8:30 am. I checked in 15 minutes prior. My car was not done until 11am AND the paperwork was mixed up with another car. I had to sit there and wait while they sorted it out.
