Terrible experience at this auto center. They've implemented an appointment system, and I hopeful that would take care of their long wait times. Apperenlty that is only the case if they pull your care in on time. I had an appointment for 8:30 am. I checked in 15 minutes prior. My car was not done until 11am AND the paperwork was mixed up with another car. I had to sit there and wait while they sorted it out. Best place to get an oil change.
The staff's treatment was very bad. I had an appointment at 10. I arrived at 9:54. They told me that we couldn't check in. There was only one minute left lol
Seriously save yourself the frustration and damage to your car. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. They had me go back to them for a total of 4 times each the wait was longer than 3 to 4 hrs. Told me the tire was fixed only for it to lose pressure down to 10psi by the next morning. Then the last time when I finally got them to honor the warranty and replace the tire the lazy tech got mad that I didn’t take his word that he had “repaired” the tire and decided to scrape my car against their wall or post leaving fresh red paint (not ca... read more
