Only wanting to do appointments and not walk-ins. They try to avoid walk-ins by giving misinformation why they can't or make you wait for many hours. Other Walmarts don't do that and also take very little time for every car.
I had an appointment I talked to the guy on the phone and he told me that my appointment was at 2pm and when I got there, they told me that my appointment wasn't at 2pm it was at 1pm so I missed my appointment and had to reschedule. I rescheduled for the next day at 3PM and when I got there they told me that they didn't even have my car battery in stock anymore, so they couldn't change it. Waste of time.
