Unprofessional support. Never answers the phone, so I drove all the way to Walmart to ask them where my tires. I asked the lady at the front if they don’t answer the phone which she ignored me, like she ignored the phone call that came in as I asked her that question. How hard is your job? Train your employees better.
These folks will straight up play in your face and with your time, and all I needed done was TPMS sensors installed. After 4 attempted appointments, with the last one being canceled by them the day before for no reason, and the previous one unable to do the work because the person who does them went home, I have given up. Oh, and the previous appointment before that being canceled by them. And they have the parts the whole time because they keep checking they have them before making my next appointment 🤔
The tall manager was very rude, refused to help, and didn't look you in the eye when speaking. Even though there was no line, he said he couldn't check my car because he was closing the shop in 40 minutes.
The staff showed no respect and no urgency at all. Sure I didn’t have an appointment but even those with appointments were made to wait an hour or more. While the stuff just walked on by entertaining each other in conversations and showing no urgency whatsoever. The service may be good once you get it. But guys you need to work on urgency and customer service and honor the people that come to you. I came in this morning and there were two workers. One male and one female, the woman was willing to help me out even though it was appointment only 7a-10a (I arrived at 7:04am, one other person) The man was obviously upset that he MAYBE had to help me. He approached my vehicle and said "pop the hood" did not greet me, I said "good morning" he ignored me, I then asked if he was okay he said "no."
