The Oil change was fine, the assistance at the counter was not. The guy at the counter was running around all over the place, and having problem after problem trying to help people. When we finally got up to the counter to get the keys & check out he tried to tell us that our money was fake. Finally he accepted that it wasn't, and chose to be phobic towards my partner after ringing us up. Truly a puzzling experience. Most likely won't be back.
Came at 1pm to have tire rotation. Was refused cause they are busy. Took appointment for 4:00pm and had to drive back. Came st 4pm. Made ticket. The car still sitting out at 5pm. Finished at 5:30pm. Can’t find on system that I bought tires here and warranty covers rotation. Found out that it was posted to someone else’s record. Had to bring in receipt to prove it. Still wanted to charge since a different vehicle that I never owned. Horrible service. Totally unreliable.
I had a oil change 2 weeks ego and they left my oil filter loss. My car leak all the oil. I call a mechanic and he told me how I make to my job, went there to claim last week. Told me they will return a call never got respond Spent another $200 in my card . Show them all the pictures still nobody cares. What about if my engine was burn . I can believe!
Unprofessional support. Never answers the phone, so I drove all the way to Walmart to ask them where my tires. I asked the lady at the front if they don’t answer the phone which she ignored me, like she ignored the phone call that came in as I asked her that question. How hard is your job? Train your employees better.
These folks will straight up play in your face and with your time, and all I needed done was TPMS sensors installed. After 4 attempted appointments, with the last one being canceled by them the day before for no reason, and the previous one unable to do the work because the person who does them went home, I have given up. Oh, and the previous appointment before that being canceled by them. And they have the parts the whole time because they keep checking they have them before making my next appointment 🤔
