Avoid this place. The shop is terrible—don’t waste your time or money here. I had a 10 a.m. appointment and even dropped my car off before then. Nobody touched it until 1 p.m. Despite repeated follow-ups with management, the work finally started hours later. The workers were careless and unprofessional, constantly walking in and out, spending more time on their phones than on my car. More than 20 minutes waiting for somebody to help me but the guys are just talking on the phone, minding their business, and the others just ignore me, no line, no others cars in front of me, they just being stupid and make me waste my time! Don’t come here, go to another place that appreciates your business!

I waited 2 days to get my tires installed. Even though I had an appointment on the first day, they left me waiting for 6 hours only to tell me my appointment was canceled and that I was “in line,” when I actually had an appointment. Then I came back the next day because they told me I could make another appointment, and even though the employee did it, the appointment never showed up.
