I had an appointment at 2:30 for an oil change, but when I arrived, they didn't have the filter. I went out to buy one at another store, and after I got back, they made me wait an excessively long time; I finally left the shop at 4:30.
I would’ve given zero if it was possible. the problem was I went to the Walmart for oil change. They told me they didn’t have the oil filter and they gave me the address for AutoZone to go there and buy the filter. I came back they did everything and then when they wanted to actually adjust the price because I provided the oil filter, they lowered the price only for one dollar and when I ask why? they told me they couldn’t adjust the price based on the price that I paid and I told them OK so adjusted based on the price on Wa... read more

Terrible experience please don’t come here for oil change, I changed my oil and they left my oil filter loose which caused very serious damage to my car! Thank god guys form take 5 took care of it and fixed my car, don’t try to save extra 20-50$ like me it’s not worth it, I had to pay extra 200$ to fix it
