I came in to replace two tires and have all four wheels rotated. Overall, the customer service was great. The staff explained everything I wanted to know, and the prices were affordable. My only concerns were the service time and how my car was handled. The staff was expecting the service to take around an hour or less, but it ended up taking more than two hours. Terrible service, completely careless. I brought my brand-new car here for a simple oil change, and they completely botched it. Shortly after leaving, the car started leaking oil everywhere. Upon checking, it was clear they didn't properly seal the oil pan / drain plug. It is completely unacceptable for a shop to make such a serious mistake on a new vehicle that could easily ruin the engine. Do not bring your cars here if you don't want to deal with major problems. Extremely bad experience and zero professionalism
It can’t be that there is no one, one just changes a battery and they take 2hr and I stay outside watching and what they do is walk and walk and walk without doing anything and talk to each other as if they didn’t want to work and the worst thing is that they waste time on someone who does value his time, I suggest that the administration please check the work times because what gives is anger and helplessness to see so much passivity in their employees
