DO NOT COME HERE FOR AUTO. They should be banned. It can’t be said enough in these reviews to not bring your car to this place ever for anything if you value your vehicle. I brought my car here for an oil change and I did not get it back the same. I came back to have someone look at it and of course they claimed nothing was wrong. Liars! They didn’t even look. COUNT YOUR DAYS !
Servicio poco profesional, me tuve que bajar a buscar al personal ya que llegue y nadie salió a atenderme. Fui por servicio de cambio de aceite y relearn de sensor de neumáticos, solo me podían hacer el cambio de aceite ya que solo eran 2 personas. Espere 45 minutos para que terminaran con mi vehiculo, aun siendo el primero en la fila en ese momento. Encontré la puerta volante y tapete de mi vehiculo lleno de aceite. No vuelvo!
I brought my vehicle to Walmart Auto Care Center, located at 1313 N Fry Rd, Katy, TX 77449, on December 14, 2025 for an oil change and to repair a TPMS sensor (service tickets 2293241 and 2293242). I arrived at 3:00 PM. At 7:10 PM, I was told they could not repair the TPMS sensor because their machine was not working. Made an appointment, and they continued to take walk-ins while I waited several hours to be seen. Was told I would be next, and then they’d service other cars. So unprofessional, disorganized and no attendance to customers at all. Saw over 6 workers huddled together, and when customers waiting on service noticed, suddenly no one was able to be found.
Worst service ever!!! Appointment made in advance and service started 3hours after!!
