More than 20 minutes waiting for somebody to help me but the guys are just talking on the phone, minding their business, and the others just ignore me, no line, no others cars in front of me, they just being stupid and make me waste my time! Don’t come here, go to another place that appreciates your business!
I waited 2 days to get my tires installed. Even though I had an appointment on the first day, they left me waiting for 6 hours only to tell me my appointment was canceled and that I was “in line,” when I actually had an appointment. Then I came back the next day because they told me I could make another appointment, and even though the employee did it, the appointment never showed up. i dont know how walmart allows people that have ZERO (0) knowledge about cars work there, the service and attitude of everyone on this department is the worst of the worst, just bad experience overall
