Had my tires changed twice and had no idea that I was missing 2 studs in my wheels. Went to a different shop to change tires and lost one more stud because Walmart screwed too tight. I understand that things get old and break but my problem is that Walmart is not taking responsibility or even letting you know that you’re going to be driving without 2 studs. called to ask about an ac recharge and was immediately put on hold and left there for over 20 minutes. was never properly greeted by staff and it was obvious that the team member couldn’t care less about the customer.

Had a tire leaking air. They checked the tires . Did not find leak. But the front tires were almost bald. They had 3 different brands at different prices. They replaced the 2 front tires in less than a hour. Thankfully that took care of the flat.

The service I received was No Service !!! I had an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. I was there before scheduled time. To my surprise, they didn’t have the oil filter for a 2016 Cadillac XTS. They suggest that I go buy an oil filter at an auto supply store and come back for the oil change service. Really ,,, what a poorly run department of Walmart. In my opinion , The automotive department manager needs to be enrolled in a training class on how to run a business.
