Scheduled an appointment to get my tires changed. I had my never-used spare tire on because I got a flat. I may have driven 5 miles on my spare. This wasn't a donut; this is a complete replacement rim and tire. When I checked in, I popped the trunk and told them to please replace the flat tire and remove the spare. Of course, this didn't happen, and they changed all four tires, one of them being my five-mile-used spare, and left the flat in the trunk. I should have gone to these reviews first. I went in yesterday for an oil change and was told it would be 3-4 hours before it could be completed, because I did not have an appointment. So, I scheduled an appointment for today for 10:30 AM. I was there and checked in at 10:20. At 11:30 I got my keys and left without my car being touched. No, we're sorry for the wait, here's a coupon for your excessive wait; nothing. Then again, I forgot; it's Walmart.
The store is good but the employees of the tire center are lying, scamming and thieving people. They said I hit a pothole and it caused the tire to collapse in. It was collapsed in for about 6 to 8 inches on the inside half of the tire I never hit a pothole that caused the tire to do so. The tire collapsed because of manufacturer defect. Went there Saturday 8/17/25 to replace a tire and when I get the car back, they tell me a bolt stripped insinuating. It was stripped prior to getting there Not possible I replaced the tire myself with the spare when I get home It wasn't just the one bolt they seized one of my other bolts was as well. Only way to get the nuts off was to break them horrible customer service nonprofessionals working there stay away. I came here to get two new tires. I already paid for the tires and set an appointment for 12-1 DAYS prior which they said they’d honor that time frame when I arrived. They started on my car at 12:45 and said it would take an hour and a half to put two tires on. Absolutely ridiculous.
