A bit pricey but ok
Had a tire leaking air. They checked the tires . Did not find leak. But the front tires were almost bald. They had 3 different brands at different prices. They replaced the 2 front tires in less than a hour. Thankfully that took care of the flat.
The service I received was No Service !!! I had an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. I was there before scheduled time. To my surprise, they didn’t have the oil filter for a 2016 Cadillac XTS. They suggest that I go buy an oil filter at an auto supply store and come back for the oil change service. Really ,,, what a poorly run department of Walmart. In my opinion , The automotive department manager needs to be enrolled in a training class on how to run a business.
Guys are nice, place is clean as it can be for a shop but their service sucks. Over 3 hrs for a simple oil change, cabin filter and wipers... pathetic! The price reflects on their speed, cheapest around but better have entire day to waste since they blatantly disregard your time.. their not in it for the CUSTOMER, probably never be back..
Open to buy a battery and they actually told me it was under wonky , so I got a free one. The salesman behind the counter did an awesome job really appreciated.Thank you guys
