My appt was at 930. I dropped it off at 925 then shopped. I got back to auto center at 10, my car was still where I parked it. Tech started work on my car and was done at 1015. Shop was out of my oil so employee got oil off shelf for mine. Next customer needed some oil he was made to buy the oil. Other then that auto dept was good. The front checker was good but the door person was rude.
If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment several days in advance for an oil change. I show up for my appointment and Kendra checks me and says that they do not have the correct filter for my car. She says that she called everyone this morning to let us all know they did not have the correct supplies on hand. I pull out my phone to show her, that she in fact did not call me as I have no record and would have simply not shown up. She was unapologetic and shrugged. Horrible customer service.
