Refused to change my oil due to an oil leak. Seems like other customers had the same issue. It just seems like an excuse, when they get too busy they look for reasons to skip cars.
Yo quería poner a mi auto unas Llanta’s con un número diferente al original y después de esperar 1 hora solo me dicen que no podían por políticas. Prácticamente no eres libre de poner las Llantas por las que estás pagando!! Para no perder mi tiempo esperando solo hice que pusieran el tamaño original pero jamás vuelvo a usar el servicio. Los clientes son dueños de los carros y mientras paguen por un producto deben ser libres de hacer instalar lo que deseen.
How can a mechanic not get an oil filter off, first off let me say it’s not like I drive a car that’s 20yrs old. After waiting an hour for service they come out and say they can’t change it because they can’t get hot filter off. Is it you can’t get the filter off or is it because it’s so close to closing time on the weekend. Either way such a sorry excuse and one thing is for sure they don’t ever have to worry about getting my oil filter off again. Where they get this so called mechanics from anyway 🤷🏾♂️
