The first time I ordered wheels, they lost them. The second time, they said the wheel hadn't arrived. I walked around for three days, saying there was no wheel. And they just didn't want to look! The fourth time, a young girl (thanks to her) took the time and found it. The appointment to change the tire was at 8:00. 9:00, my car still hasn't been picked up. This is the last time I contacted this service.
Normally I'm against Walmart doing anything to my car but Mr. Tyree and his team were very helpful as well as Ms. Suzanne at the front desk!!!!
DO NOT order tires and installation online. The website will cancel the order due to "availability " and it takes 10 days toget your money back. I went to the location and the tires I ordered were already there
Had an appointment and did a little shopping to find out my car still hadn’t been serviced after an hour, I wouldn’t have mind really if I didn’t have (cold) groceries! But the manager Jim was so nice to offer me a discount for the inconvenience. Shakera was so nice to help me out. & thanks again to the guy Tyree for getting it done working alone! Have patience people… one person can only do so much!
