First enteringI waited 20 minutes before someone approach the desk. When the man got there I told him I need a simple balance and rotation. He stated he had a headache and its going to take 5 hours because the other techs are gone to lunch. He said I should taken my car somewhere else. Rude is all I can say. Don't waste your time..

I haven't actually gotten service here yet, but the conversation that had with Parker over the phone was enough for me to want to. I called the Walmart in Hermitage prior. While they were both busy, Parker exhibited a lot more care, and patience as he was answering my questions and helping me find a set of tires that are good value. The other tried but was not doing a great job sadly. I know ratings wise they have about the same, but just based off that I'm willing to give them a chance. I would not recommend this place for any services. The shop used to be decent, but now it's just full of incompetent employees. Appointment times are meaningless to this place, and the workers have no interest in customer service at all.

Got all 4 tires done a couple of months ago. That staff was great. However I went back to get the tires services and Earl rudely interrupted staff saying they wasnt doing walking ins today. This was around 3 pm on a Sunday and was turned me away. I informed them of me purchasing tires and under warranty at this location not to long ago. It wasn't until then they suggested i go to another walmart location. This was one of the worst experiences I had and was below my expectations of walmart.

The price for full synthetic oil change beat the dealer’s price. Works for me, plus saved me the hassle of doing it myself.
