Bad review, when you call they dont answer the phone for an appointment. When you do walk in they ask if you did an appointment and wont take you in unless u made an appointment or make excuses. But the lot was empty and the mechanics were free and still did not the car in. Its like they dont want you to take it there.. lazy workers are there just talking and not working. It took more than two hours to change two tires here, and when I complained about it, the technician said, “You’re lucky; it takes some people three hours.” Should I be grateful?
Lazy dont want to work technicians. saying its a 3 hour wait and no one car in the shop I showed up 7am for the same reason. Dude looked hungover dont wanna work even when I was gonna purchase 4 brand new tires worth 1000$ .. well walmart you just lost business due to the laziness of your employee I will be taking my business elsewhere trash shop Go elsewhere
The auto place is great. The store itself is extremely slow to find someone to unlock lockers.
