I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the oil change service I received at your location on Aug 14, 25. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 AM, and I arrived early at 11:01 AM, as required. Despite this, I was informed that the oil priced at $58.88 was unavailable, and the cost had increased to $64.88—without prior notice or alternatives offered. Made an appointment six days before to get an oil change on a 2018 mini coop. They couldn’t do it, according to their auto bible which only went up to 2016. Disappointed that no one even looked at my appointment ahead of time to confirm the work could be done. The mechanic was very unconcerned and that is not good customer service.
Horrible experience you get what you pay for. I don’t think any of those people should’ve been working on cars. No greeting very hostile. When I went to check out they charged me for someone else’s service then tried to tell me it was okay cause it was the same price… it wasn’t it was more expensive never apologized had to wait another ten minutes for another guy to come and refund it also no professionalism. Only had one mechanic. But was a fairly clean Walmart 🤷♀️
Came to have two tires replaced due to a flat on the freeway. They were able to replace my tires with no problem. But when it was time to pay, there were like so many other hidden fees that we were not told about
