I recently brought my truck in to get new tires. I drove the truck almost an hour to Newington with out any issues. When I picked the truck up, I went to step on the brake to put it in reverse, and my foot went to the floor. Upon inspection, one of my brake lines was leaking, rending my truck unsuitable to drive, requiring me to get it towed. You call and they put you on hold until you hang up. Where’s their manager at?
The Walmart was not able to maintain the thanks giving price commitment. They showed low price in website on thanks giving day and cancel it at the last minute (waited 2 weeks) saying the tires are not available but I was able to install the same tires after saying to pay the regular price on the same day. Shop people mentioned that the system cancelled it automatically. on top of that manager at auto center in newington was not customer friendly and showing lot of frustration for asking some basic info.
