Even if this was the last place on earth , I would not go there ever again . I would have gave 0 stars, but it didn't give me the option to. Walmart / auto center gets no more business from me.
Bad customer service, I brought my oil and filter I bought from Walmart and after one week of appointment at 2:30! I came earlier about 25 minutes! the guy with glasses comes with attitude and said came back at 2:20 I told him I will wait! When the big girl came! I told her there's no cars waiting outside and no technician working on the oil change garage! Today I’ve witness so many rude customers at the counter in auto and the supervisor named PRI was multitasking alone . She handled it pretty well when this one man came up and told her he demands an oil change today because he has to go to NY. Ordered tires online and scheduled an appointment; they had me out in an hour like they said they would. Wish it was made more obvious that they don't do alignments tho as the basic package had me under the assumption they could balance and align my new tires.
Made an appointment a month in advance for a tire rotation and oil change. I bought my tires here so I come here to get them rotated because they normally do it for free. I set the appointment for 7:00 a.m. When I got there they said their lift was broken and so they couldn't rotate my tires. 5 minutes later the lady tracked me down and said they couldn't do the oil change because they didn't have the oil for my truck.
