I booked an oil change service online in advance, received a confirmation number, and arrived on time at the Auto Care Center. However, upon arrival, the staff simply stated they "could not do it" and refused the service. Why even offer online appointments and send confirmation codes if your shop fails to honor them? Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful of customers' time. I will definitely not be returning and would not recommend this Auto Care Center to anyone.
