I went in for an appointment and order tires. They refused to order the tires for me at the counter because of the 10-day hold policy, so I went to order my tires online as directed by the staff member. Install appointment on Sunday. Tire delivery on Monday. They can't put on tires that hove not arrived there.... I talked to the Manager because I just did what they asked of me as the customer. Didn't have my size tire. Wouldn't order them for me. Told me I had to order them myself and I had to make an appointment to install them. Over two weeks To get get an appointment. I got the hell out of there. When you need tires you need tires. One can't wait.
Do yourself a favor and go to a real tire shop. This place is a joke. I’ve been there several times for a rotation and they’ve never been able to complete the service — they can’t even remove the lug nuts. This is ridiculous. I’ve done it at home in 20 minutes, yet I waited there for an hour for nothing. The customer service is also unacceptable. I wouldn’t go back even if it were the only place open in the U.S.
They stick to an appointment only policy that they put in place during covid and decided to keep. They will not service you without an appointment even if they are dead, which they were today. Bad customer service!
Cant believe you har to make an appointment months out and their just standing around not doing anything i recommend people go else where this company is the worst
