Oil change take to long, more then 3 hours, Also Employees leave oil every where on the vehicle, Door handles, hood, dash, steering wheel, I complaining about, whit the service department manager and he’s never say sorry ,
I’ve been to many auto shops as an adult. By far the worst one. I had a horrible experience here a few years ago and came back to give them another chance for a simple tire change. Had us waiting over 4 hours while mechanics walked around. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
So far, about 20 years, I have had excellence service from the Walmart at Pendleton Pike. The lady at the service desk is very nice and yesterday I was in at 7am and was checked out by 8am. She is a joy to talk to. I would make it a point to make an appointment for service. Take 5 charged me 95.00 to do syn oil change. It took about 15 minutes. Got a candy bar and a bottle of water, too Walmart charges me 53.00 after tax and I shop while I wait.
