With all the bad reviews I feel obligated to write a good one. I pulled in this AM with my car only having started after a couple hours of charging (my portable unit could not jump it, error) and warning lights were going off; I knew it was the battery and was happy to see they had new AGM 4yr batteries available; They could not even start it again in the lot and technician had to replace it in the parking lot which I appreciated; I was able to pick up some odds and ends for my wife during the 20min wait; Thanks guys
This place is an absolute mess. I bought four new tires and scheduled a 7:00 AM appointment to have them put on my van. When I arrived, I had to wait for all the service technicians and the manager as they were late. I was then told that their lift had broken a week prior, so they could not install the tires on my van. (I had purchased the tires and scheduled the appointment only two days before, so this was a known issue when I made the appointment.) They damaged my car and would rather me post a bad review than to see them take accountability
I bought 4 new tires from this auto store last year, they claimed they wouldn’t put the tires on because of the frame of my car, but they sold me the road hazard. Two of tires went bad previously so I went in and the manager of auto center said he would not cover the the damage because they did not install them and they do not sell road hazard unless they do install them.
