Thoroughly Unimpressed! Came in on Super Bowl Sunday at 3:30 pm with an appointment No cars in the bay. I went to do my shopping and was called back to automotive 15 minutes later to open my own hood ( apparently their “mechanic” couldn’t) Then, 45 minutes later I’m still sitting in the waiting room while the front desk lady and the mechanic guy conversate and flirt in the garage area. Don’t come to this Walmart Automotive if you’re looking for fast, efficient, and friendly service. I’ve received none of the above.
This location lacks experienced mechanics. Be careful when making an appointment for certain services. They will cancel last minute or the day of having new inexperienced employees.
I am writing to formally document a recent experience at the Walmart Automotive Center on Keystone Avenue that included both exemplary service and serious concerns regarding professionalism and customer treatment. Approximately two weeks ago, I arrived at this location with a flat tire. Although I do not shop at Walmart, I was in an emergency situation.
