Went back after I didn’t get my tires aired up and no vomp@
Took 2.5 hours for an oil change and ended up costing much more than what they have advertised for prices. But rather than asking if the price increase was okay before proceeding, just completed the service anyways. Horrible experience. Even though their prices may be cheaper in comparison to dealerships and other auto shops, it’s not worth it.
Lady running desk doesn't know much of anything about the store, cars or tires... or how to order them. Stuck around for an oil change. No one else in line and I still had to wait TWO HOURS!!! Seriously?! Horrible service all around.
Worst or i can say one of the worst service I have an appointment at 1pm it took them 3 hours to finish like 3 tires and simple oil change and I don't know why they asked me before to take an appointment I will never recommend this place better to go to another place or another Walmart and also I noticed that when they changed my tire they damage one of those log nuts on the front passenger side
The people were wonderful but short staffed which is Walmarts fault. 2pm appointment for new tires and im here at 4pm and counting....😑😮💨😵💫😵🙄
