Got four tires installed. Had an appointment. Took them an hour before getting started after I watched a group of workers talking for about 15 minutes with two open bays and cars on lifts. Once in, it took two more hours to install the four tires (no tpms). They never kept me updated or apologized for the length of time, only stating that it takes an hour to install four tires. Good Service Long lines to pay, very busy.
Had a blowout on my way through Central California. Try to couple of other big name stores. I knew I should have gone here first. Not only did they actually have my tire and they were very professional very courteous and super fast. Shout out to Joseph the mechanic. He was amazing. Give that boy a raise. He definitely made myself my father and my dog who was traveling with me very welcome
Its so so. I did not like the service i got from them... my tire order kept saying delayed delayed. Finally I called, found out they were there the whole time. Fhey installed all but 1 tire, had to go somewhere else to install it. 3 stars, i have been to worse places!
Had an appointment at 12 didn't get a text that they started working on the tires till 1 and it's almost 3 and they have barely gotten one tire done i will NEVER come here for tires again what the point in having an appointment!!!!
