Prepaid for my tires which is hundreds of dollars. While "looking" for what I already paid for they wanted to cuss like sailors and laugh about how they dont have them instead of being professionals. Then he when he decided to come to my car he wanted to raise his voice at me instead of being apologetic or professional at all. Raising your voice at a customer like that is the most appalling thing I've ever dealt with when giving hundreds of dollars away.
Every time I ve been it's been nothing more than an inconvenience. Either have to wait minimum of two hrs for an oil change or make an appt . So made an appt and arrived to not having the oil for my vehicle. Showing more and more why NOT to rely on this business for anything . Thankfully there are other companies that don't mind charging an enormous price to get an oil change and Walmart giving no option at all to save money or be convenient.
