by far the most unprofessional place to get any type of service done at. ordered a tire it showed it was there , the associate said that the tire was being delayed come to find out from another associate the next day my tire been sitting in there shop sense the original pickup date. service tech was by far unprofessional and rude which resulted in a arguing match over them simply putting my tire on. long story short they gave me some bs story to why there machine can’t handle a size 22 tire when i was told by multiple associ... read more
Called first to ask if I needed to make an appointment for a tire repair, and was told I could just come in. When I pulled up at 5:55 pm, I was sent away because they were finished for the day and did not have anyone on register. The tire repair was a selling point for my Walmart+ membership. Why have hours listed until 7 pm if you’re just going to put things away at 6:15 pm and not take care of customers?
Waited two hours for an oil change after having a 1130 appointment! What's the point of an appointment! Never again will I give this company a dime!
Went out of way for the auto center and it’s completely closed. Nothing.
Had an appointment at 2pm for 4 tires. It’s currently 330pm and the tires aren’t done. The technicians went to lunch and just left my vehicle and a few others stranded without being worked on. They need to get their service department up to par.
