I got an oil change this morning 4/8/26 and my car takes 6.4 quarts but I had a sneaking suspicion that it wasn't filled completely so now I have to go buy a quart of oil. I just called and no one answered after the phone rang probably 26 times. I hope they reimburse me for having to buy another quart. I just parked and sat with the engine off for an hour to get an accurate dipstick reading of the oil level. Enclosed is a picture of the dipstick. Had an appointment for an oil change at 2pm. Got there and waited 15 minutes to talk to anyone. Then someone comes up to me and says they won't be able to do my appointment because they're closing. At 2pm? The people working here are straight out of a cartoon. Don't waste your time.
This place is a joke!
They are the most incompetent, lazy, unskilled bunch of people all placed in the same Walmart auto center. We live in Laveen and have been to them a couple of times and these guys have never failed to disappoint us. We went for an oil change. They told us our total cost before we dropped our vehicle. When we came to collect the car, they charged us about $15 more. When we asked they told us yeah it is written on the board inside you can check.
