Absolutely horrible. They have no clue what they are doing here. First they couldn't find the tires, next they denied installation appointment because in their opinion the car was "too low" (it's stock height) they didn't even try to put it on the lift. Lastly we then tried to just take the tires to have them installed somewhere else but, surprise, the 19" tires we ordered were wrong, they gave us 20". Had to take them back and that was an ordeal too. Dont even waste your time here
The worst Customer service. Nobody knows what they’re doing they don’t have any collaboration. They told me that they can’t Install the tire, but later when I talk with the manager, told it’s unacceptable that they installed it. Worst experience ever
The experience purchasing and installing tires was ridiculously overwrought. I began by searching online for the tires I wanted. I called the store to let them know what I had chosen to and schedule their install, and was told to just have them shipped to my house and then bring them in. So I did that. Then they didn't want to give me the price for in store purchase since I carried them in; after explaining that I did purchase them in store they just got shipped to my house.. so I had to carry them in.. it didn't seem to cli... read more
I made an appointment and showed up 10 minutes early. They said it would be a 3 1/2 hour wait. I WILL NEVER EVER be returning to this establishment and I will warn anyone waiting in the line or considering getting an oil change here to heavily reconsider.
