I figured to give a Walmart Auto Care Center a shot recently. But my experience was not at all satisfactory. Walmart Auto Care Center doesn’t bother to answer or respond to phone calls. Their facility at 35th Avenue and Southern Avenue is from my perspective understaffed. Rarely any counter service. Waits at the counter go on forever. And, apparently, technicians don’t appear to be the most qualified either. I have found no evidence of certifications anywhere in their waiting area. Could not serve me. Because the tires were too difficult to get off the 19-inch rims.
I was there at 7 am on a Sunday. Shopped for 40 minutes and rolled groceries to parking outside after a$44 oil change!
