Springdale & Fayetteville Walmart automotive are both the worst places I’ve ever been to in my life for tire repairs! They took a flat tire off of my truck & put a spare on for me, told me they wouldn’t plug it for me, but that I could do it myself & bring it back to them to put the newly plugged tire back on. I plugged the tire myself & brought it back to them upon their recommendation. After an hour wait, Springdale Walmart tells me they won’t put my tire on for me.

Don't recommend to go unless you plan on waiting a lifetime. i told them i needed my tire fixed and they said i could do the wait list or appt but did not tell me they put appt over walk ins so i waited 2 hours to fill a hole in my tire. atleast make sure you get an appt here.

Came for an oil change/tire rotation and was told about an hour wait. There was only one car already being worked on and no one ahead of me. I wandered the store for an 1 hr and 15 min before checking back in to then find it hadn't been touched. I guess I got skipped. I had a child to pick up in 30 mins and not knowing if they'd start soon I had to ask for me keys left and bail. No apology or explanation.

I was told a 45 minute wait for an oil change. After an hour and a half of them still not even starting on it I asked for my keys & left. Don’t waste your time going here like I did.

Waited 2 hours to have CHEAP battery installed Yikes
