Seee first off I’ve been to this Walmart a hundred and three times if you look up our car it’s probably in there the lady was super nice but our tire was flat we pulled up they said they had a new policy on tires you had to buy all 4 when we have been helped for one before I ain’t coming back if that’s true if it’s not those two guys just ain’t wanna do our car jsyk!
Traveling through to Florida and got stuck with a flat tire. Went to someplace that was super unhelpful and had to wait overnight. Got to the wal-mart as soon as they were supposed to open. They had a callout, and weren’t able to open at their normal time. The guy was really nice. We went back a half hour later and they were trying to call people into work and had help. He was able to immediately take us and get everything taken care of. Super friendly.
The staff is very very rude and schedule oil change and they want even do your tire rotation have to wait crazy thing about it you buy there tires and it’s always some.
Good crew and they know what they do.
Do not prepay for any services here. Prepaid Tires and installation (with Walmart +) even and then I get there and "their system is down." The solution was to cancel all customers for that day and go home. What's worse is that when I asked for a manager the associate wondered around for a while and came back saying they spoke to a manager. Turns out the manage wasn't even there. Like what happened before "technology." Write the order number down, do the work, "check in" later when the system is up.
