The staff is very very rude and schedule oil change and they want even do your tire rotation have to wait crazy thing about it you buy there tires and it’s always some.
Good crew and they know what they do.
Do not prepay for any services here. Prepaid Tires and installation (with Walmart +) even and then I get there and "their system is down." The solution was to cancel all customers for that day and go home. What's worse is that when I asked for a manager the associate wondered around for a while and came back saying they spoke to a manager. Turns out the manage wasn't even there. Like what happened before "technology." Write the order number down, do the work, "check in" later when the system is up.
They don't carry very much inventory. You have to buy online then wait for your tires to ship. They are only good for an emergency. Mavis tire got me four all terrain tires for 750 our the door, and replaced 2 tire pressure sensors for me.
