Don’t come here the worst place I have ever been in my life bunch of lazy people working I came for a simple tire rotation. They refuse to do it stating that I had to make an appointmen. When I bought the tires, they told me lifetime tire rotation all I have to do is to go there not even appointment needed, but I try to make an appointment just to play safe. The staff at this location is great. From the guy doing the check-in, in my case Adrian, to the guys doing the work, in my case tech Wolf C., to the service manager (whose name escapes me, sorry my guy). I went in for a full-set tire change. First off, the Walmart price for the Bridgestone Turanza was excellent, lower than everywhere else, and installation was just $20/tire, which is about half what other places charge around here. Never again will I ever go to this place. I have been to other Walmart auto locations but the one in pompano beach off Atlantic was the worst experience I ever had. My car was checked in at 2:09pm FOR A PATCH and my car wasn’t worked on until nearly 4pm. When I asked about my car at 3pm the guy look as if he didn’t even see my car in their system and had to get a new mechanic in my car.
