Extremely Disappointed and Concerned Took my Volkswagen Jetta in for a basic oil change, and within a mile of leaving, my car began smoking from both the engine and exhaust. The vehicle was running rough, and I immediately returned to the shop. What followed was chaotic and unprofessional: No one could give me a clear answer. Horrible. Went for an oil change, after waiting an hour, was told my service was "canecelled" because they couldn't remove the oil filter. Took it down the street to an oil change place, in and out in 30 minutes. I guess they didn't want to change my oil so they made me wait an hour. As always, Walmart sucks.

Had a 2pm appointment was told by Kristi any minute theyll pull my car in, no longer than 1 to 1.5 hours. Come back 1.5 hour later the car is still sitting outside. Shop manager Rohan states he couldn't find the car. The car that was sitting in the designated area for cars waiting to be serviced. They tried so hard. I literally walked over with Kristal to get the info from my vehicle to where the car was parked.
