I had my car's oil changed at Walmart on 11-Feb-25. I went home and noticed that a red light was on on the dashboard of the car, as if the hood was open. But visually the hood was firmly closed. The next day I asked my husband to see what the problem was. Opening the hood, the man saw that the engine cover was missing. A few days later we went to Walmart to ask them to return the part to us. I arrived on time. And they told me that they weren't ready yet and had to reschedule the appointment, and when I was a little late they said no, we had to reschedule again.🤷♂️
