I have been coming to this particular Walmart for 5 yrs now. And the only reason I always come back in same place changing my tires or anytime I have problems with my car always, the price is reasonable and they’re professional, they listen and make you feel like welcome anytime. They go beyond to make you happy and don’t take long. All the staffs at Auto care where the cashier or their Manager or the crew will give them 10/10.💯💯💯💯👍👍
Tried calling to schedule an appointment for an oil change and they hung up on me. :/
Nobody answers the phone in the auto center, honestly I wouldn’t even recommend this Walmart for grocery shopping either. 7/10 employees don’t speak English or don’t even know how to help you. If I could give the place 0 stars I would.
I usually have a lot of patience for customer service workers, especially those who are getting paid minimum wage. But the worker I spoke to at this location was incredibly rude and unhelpful, giving me no options for a system error that I was not responsible for. I can see why this auto care center has such bad reviews.
