Charged 43$ for services they didn’t provide They never answer the phone Ordered 4 tires and they called days later (1 day before appt) to say they only had 2. They charged me for disposal (?) and installation. I never went there and they were supposed to cancel the appointment. Good luck getting someone to answer, I went to the store 2 times and after almost an hr the line never moved. They were supposed to have the 4 tires I ordered on sale for 65$ but said they only had 91$ tires. And wouldn’t honor the price of the tires... read more
After waiting three weeks for my tires, my order was cancelled on the very day of my appointment. This felt intentional and is completely unacceptable.
I got a really good price on my tires and excellent customer service. Walmart installed my tires and it Only took an hour. I definitely will come back for other car repairs.
