Madison St. Walmart Auto Care Center is the WORST! The Customer service is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I had an appointment at 9:00 am, made the appointment 2 weeks prior online. I didn't get out of there until 12:30 pm, I asked the so called woman who was at the register how much longer it would be and she replied back with a smart ass mouth like I was working for her. Had a 12:30 oil change appt. At 1:50 it was finally ready. Lot of walking around, very little action. When checking on why so long service person got a bad attitude. I’ll never go back there.
The first issue, I chalked up as a training issue or just an overzealous employee -- it was a snapped lug on my truck during a tire rotation. The second issue morphed into multiple problems. I had a ROUTINE oil change done. After my short trip was over, I noticed my A/C was not working properly (not blaming WM for that). While refilling the refrigerant, I noticed the CAP of my OIL tank lying in the corner of the truck near the passenger headlight. I pulled up to the front and noticed a nail in my tire at 650pm. I immediately drove back around and despite being so close to closing time they were super helpful and courteous.
I bought my tires from Madison Street Walmart for my car and truck my car has tire pressure sensor they change 2 no problem very happy with it. I had them to rotate my tires on the car and went around a curve and it went out. I took it back up to Walmart I still had 2 new pressure sensor in the box the person out front said they could do it . The manger said he couldn't unless I bought one from them. So I went down the road and had another shop to install it. That's why I'm given them 1 star for
