Made a appointment for new tires the day before for 7:00 am came in wrote me up got me in,told me about long it would take,and the time he told was about right.
I see now why these people are called the temu car mechanics. These people mess up on just basic maintenance. The other day I go in for an oil change and tire rotation. Sounds normal, right? Well come to find out the new oil filter they installed was not properly and entirely sealed. So I get in my car to leave my parents house and, I shit you not, as I backup I see this giant puddle of oil sitting in their driveway. Made an appointment 830am included the make & model of my vehicle. Show up 1230pm for appointment. Informed it would be 40 min. Tech took my keys only to return after 40 min & informed they didn't have the filter for my car. Also told me i could go purchase one from auto zone bring it back in order for me to get my oil changed. Very poor customer service.
Brought my tire in to get nail out had road hazard i have been setting for over 2 hours they should let people know this when they check in
