I bought my tires from Madison Street Walmart for my car and truck my car has tire pressure sensor they change 2 no problem very happy with it. I had them to rotate my tires on the car and went around a curve and it went out. I took it back up to Walmart I still had 2 new pressure sensor in the box the person out front said they could do it . The manger said he couldn't unless I bought one from them. So I went down the road and had another shop to install it. That's why I'm given them 1 star for
I needed a new battery and I was in and out in minutes.
I hope other locations are better than this one because this Madison street location is sad! The worst customer service ever. I hate putting my money into places that act like you’re a bother to them. I ordered my tires online, next time I’ll choose a different location for pickup and installment, you spend quite a bit of money you don’t wanna be treated like you’re a burden.
I needed a tire patched, nobody would come to the bays to wait on me. So I went inside to ask the clerk at the counter for assistance and he dismissed me and was very rude and condescending. I wound up buying a patch kit and fixing it myself. I don't recommend going here for tire warranty work, these people suck.
