This was a HORRIBLE waiting amount of time… two hours of wait. Mostly because in the first hour there was no people outside doing the job. They started appearing on my last 45min there to actually do their job and make the line move. Like always… too many people not willing to do things right, agile, and efficient. Human Resources should consider do a review on the coworkers or in the over all ways to manage this shitty Auto Care Service.
Came in for the free tire repair with walmart +. After waiting 2 hours for them to start service, they tell me they can't fix my flat because of a bubble in my tire. Mind you, the flat is due to a screw, not the bubble. Now after 2 hours of sitting around, I have to drive home with the screw still in my tire. I knew about the bubble. I needed the damn flat fixed until I could get a new tire. They should have at the very least looked at the tire first before making me wait 2 hours.
Despite a busy day, the shop manager was able to get my order issue fixed and get my tires done and an oil change added to the service. Very thankful for the hard working guys who fixed the tires up for me. I had to wait about four hours at this location for tire and oil service. Make sure you come early and schedule an appointment!
