I came by on Sunday about 11 o’clock to get my oil changed and the tires rotated and balanced. The place was closed and there was no sign up. This has never happened to me before. I tried to get online and make an appointment for next time, but the app wasn’t working and when I tried to call the number it seemed have been disconnected or is no longer in service, something like that. We went to the Walmart on Hudson Bridge in Georgia and the service team was amazing. I went to the Walmart in SC on twoNotch and brought 4 new tires but something wasn’t done correctly. There was a loud sound coming from my driver side which got worse and was scary to drive especially on the highway. At the they told me they had to ask the manager and he said ok. Thank you sir! I arrived for my 7am tire appointment. The door was not open because the technicians had not arrived. At 8am some of technicians still hadn't arrived.
I had a frustrating experience at the Auto Care Center on Old National Highway’s Walmart. I arrived at 10 a.m., only to be told they weren’t taking walk-ins and to come back in an hour. I left, made an appointment for 2:30, and returned. After walking around the store to wait, I sat in the Auto Care Center for over an hour and a half. Saturday morning I call several times to schedule for oil change.. phone was constantly ringing. Finally I went to Auto care center, young lady (clerk) I told her have called several times schedule appointment for oil change. Clerk stated two cars ahead you, I say that's fine as long out before noon.
