I had the worst day the day i came in to service my vehicle. This staff was honest, patient, and kind to me even with everything i had going on. They helped me get what i could afford, gave me effective and efficient knowledge about the future needs for my vehicle. They found a way to get done for me, what needed to get done at the price i could afford while still doing what was best for both myself and my vehicle. Worst auto center ever. If you schedule an appointment, they still won’t start on your car until an hour later. They don’t update you or anything. Why would you have open slots at the same time as their lunch break. It’s so dumb, inconvenient, and inconsiderate.
One of the worst places get auto care. You will be waiting for hours with no communication on your car. You are better off going to your local mechanic shop.
Use only if necessary. There’s always an issue. Bad customer service and uncaring management.
