Not helpful at all. Total waste of time. 0 stars. I went in to get a simple cabin air filter and was assisted by what I’m guessing is a new associate. She was nice but not very helpful as I watched others receive help from more experienced workers. I thought the whole point of coming to get assistance was to be assisted. On Wed, Dec. 31, 2025 I purchased two new tires online. I was scheduled to have them installed on Tuesday Jan. 6th at 6:15pm. I arrived yesterday at 5:55pm to start the paperwork and install order with the customer service lady which was very professional and had leadership skills during my transaction. I received a text stating that they started on my truck at 5:58pm. I received another text at 7:12pm that my truck was finished.
