I’ve always come to Walmart to Get my oil changed for the past 3years and as of recently, the mechanics screwed my oil plug into my pan too tight and were unable to get it out; for two months they did not disclose this to me. The manger of this Auto Department, Alisha Solano did not file a claim for my situation. Instead she was dismissive towards me, and told the mechanics to have me come back and Walmart would “send me out” to another shop. I had an “appointment “ for 1:30 my car did not get serviced until 3:30. I was watching the pace of these workers and they are the equivalent of the sloth from the movie Zootopia. They have no sense of urgency. Too much chatting and not working.
