They cracked my oil pan and didn’t tell me, just tried to seal it with silicone. I took it back and someone else pointed it out to me. I was referred to an auto shop by their manager and they were told they were at fault and had to buy a new oil pan for me and pay for the service. They’re alright but could do way better

I’ve always come to Walmart to Get my oil changed for the past 3years and as of recently, the mechanics screwed my oil plug into my pan too tight and were unable to get it out; for two months they did not disclose this to me. The manger of this Auto Department, Alisha Solano did not file a claim for my situation. Instead she was dismissive towards me, and told the mechanics to have me come back and Walmart would “send me out” to another shop.
