I had an “appointment “ for 1:30 my car did not get serviced until 3:30. I was watching the pace of these workers and they are the equivalent of the sloth from the movie Zootopia. They have no sense of urgency. Too much chatting and not working.
Terrible customer service at the auto center as I arrived shortly 45 minutes before the service is about to close the worker are just staring at me and giving each other the look as if who’s going to come greet me at my car smh secondly , I request for air in my tire. I just don’t appreciate the lack of courtesy, you guys act as if your number one priority is customers but yall need to check yall employees attitude , respectfully make sure that’s a priority! .
