I’ve always come to Walmart to Get my oil changed for the past 3years and as of recently, the mechanics screwed my oil plug into my pan too tight and were unable to get it out; for two months they did not disclose this to me. The manger of this Auto Department, Alisha Solano did not file a claim for my situation. Instead she was dismissive towards me, and told the mechanics to have me come back and Walmart would “send me out” to another shop.
