Went to get my oil changed and tires balanced. Sat there for 2 hours! Finally was like what's taking so long and they're like your car is ready. Cool. The price was off. They couldn't do the balance bec the thread was low. No one told me, I got no text, no one offered me new tires, nothing. NUMEROUS employess saw me waiting for HOURS and turns out my car was finished 30 mins after I arrived. Terrible experience. Do not recommend
They cracked my oil pan and didn’t tell me, just tried to seal it with silicone. I took it back and someone else pointed it out to me. I was referred to an auto shop by their manager and they were told they were at fault and had to buy a new oil pan for me and pay for the service. They’re alright but could do way better
