Went for an oil change. Was told it would take 3 hours because we didn’t have an appointment. That made sense, so we made an appointment for the next day. Was told people were in line in front of us even though we had an appointment, now have an hour wait. How does that make any sense??? What the heck is the point of an appointment if you’re going to let people go before us anyway? You deserve zero stars but since I’ve had a positive experience here before I’m giving you three. 😐
Wow am I blown away by the professionalism and amazing service I received here today. Had a very bad flat\slashed tire on Easter Sunday as I was about to head out of Wilmington on a 3 hour trip. Ugh, nightmare scenario. Saw Walmart auto center was open so headed over as everywhere else was closed. They confirmed my suspicions that my tire needed replacing, they took me back to show the actual damage on my tire. The mechanic was very thorough and walked me through everything. We were visiting from out of state and unfortunately got a flat tire. I called Walmart Auto on Sigmon just to see if they had our tire in stock and I was met with the most kind and caring team here!! From Summer helping me with questions over the phone, to Donte helping us at the desk, to Matthew who so kindly offered to fill up our spare tire (which was coincidentally also pretty flat) while we waited for them to mount our tire, to John and Hunter who made sure we were all taken care of, this team is outstanding!! The best part is that you only pay for the service you need, unlike other places that try to upsell unnecessary services.
