They made me make an appoitment yesterday when I came in at 6:40pm (they close at 7:00PM) to get my tire patched. I made an appointment for 7:00AM today. I came on time. There were 2 people talking there. Neither one came and asked me if I had an appointment. They kept going inside. And when they came out again, they did not care that I was out here waiting. I waited 15 minute and then left to Firestone.
Went to get an oil change for my car about a week ago, came home and my car was leaking a fluid. Took my car back up and explained how my car wasn’t leaking before they touched my car and then when I get the oil changed, my car started leaking. Front desk guy didn’t take anything serious, saying he called a manager but no one showed. Store manager at this location is a joke there and doesn’t want to take responsibility. Now I got to find someone to fix what they did.
Management is a joke. Chris guy should not be put in charge anywhere.
I was Deny for my service at 6:25 when they close at 7pm I only need my tire to be out on my rim , the employee where standing around doing nothing I will never go back to this place
The woman that they have on the wall working there messed up my car. When she did my oil change my car wasnt the same and I've been having problems ever since. When I took it to other businesses to get it an oil change I didn't have any issues soon as I took it over there I started having a bad oil leak to wear my car wouldn't even keep oil in it after she did my oil change.
