The woman that they have on the wall working there messed up my car. When she did my oil change my car wasnt the same and I've been having problems ever since. When I took it to other businesses to get it an oil change I didn't have any issues soon as I took it over there I started having a bad oil leak to wear my car wouldn't even keep oil in it after she did my oil change.
Have been for several fixes and customer service is always poor. Rude people that don’t listen to your car issues. Asked for a few things to be done and only one thing was fixed. Very frustrating
They went above and beyond to help us with our car’s battery. The employees were extremely knowledgeable and kind. Rod and Rashad saved our day! Thank you both so much.
Went for an oil change. Was told it would take 3 hours because we didn’t have an appointment. That made sense, so we made an appointment for the next day. Was told people were in line in front of us even though we had an appointment, now have an hour wait. How does that make any sense??? What the heck is the point of an appointment if you’re going to let people go before us anyway? You deserve zero stars but since I’ve had a positive experience here before I’m giving you three. 😐
Wow am I blown away by the professionalism and amazing service I received here today. Had a very bad flat\slashed tire on Easter Sunday as I was about to head out of Wilmington on a 3 hour trip. Ugh, nightmare scenario. Saw Walmart auto center was open so headed over as everywhere else was closed. They confirmed my suspicions that my tire needed replacing, they took me back to show the actual damage on my tire. The mechanic was very thorough and walked me through everything.
