I been doing ail change for my van all over the USA, I been in all Walmart they do oil change with no problem, schedule an appointment and coming to do at this facility, the technician said we don’t do oil change for Mercedes, probably he doesn’t want to work, it doesn’t make any sense
I had a good experience, and the young lady at the counter was very professional.
Slow, impolite, stood around for like half an hour before I was even acknowledged.
It seems like every time I come for an oil change, they have an excuse not to do it. Like idk if they just don’t want to work or what but every time I have come over the past few years, there’s never any cars getting oil changes and they always send me away
I ordered two tires to be shipped to this location. The tires mysteriously disappeared but showed delivered by FedEx. Either the FedEx driver is stealing the tires or someone at Walmart in the auto center is stealing tires. The managers tried to help, but they really need to watch the employees or the FedEx driver. Please don’t order anything online to this location; it will be stolen.
