My front passenger side tire was gashed while on the road from San Antonio to Colorado. We stopped at this wal mart to get a new tire at 7am. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They very quickly changed out my tire for a fair price and had me back on the road in no time. One of the most pleasant and efficient auto center experiences I’ve ever had. Thanks to these guys for taking care of me!
I bought two tires from them. The next day I had a flat. The store didn’t have a patch to repair it. They told me to go to another Walmart! I did go to the West Loop Walmart and they didn’t want to help me because the South Loop Walmart entered in the wrong DOT number on one of the tires! After complaining to management, I realized how poorly trained management is, therefore the other employees follow the same unethical customer service! Don’t buy from Walmart Automotive! They will waste your time and money!
Justin and Kerry are absolutely worthless. You want some usless people? Come straight here. They will tell you to "hold on" every 2 minutes. From when you walk in to when you are being helped, to after. Absolutely garbage location.
Got a flat tire on the way out of town with my whole family. Came in right when it opened and they patched the tire up. The staff was open promptly and ready to help. Everyone was very friendly and provided quick service.
