I would give them NEGATIVE INFINITY- I ordered my tires from Walmart and have called 5 times to speak to a person about an appointment and installation. This is the worst experience I have ever had. They dont answer the phone and if they do, they put you on hold and never return. This is unacceptable.
I don’t have a choice because this place is the closest one near to my home🥱
Horrible customer service employee was rude I think he didn’t want to assist. First told me the price for oil change but after the service charged me a lot more than initially quoted price and my car was making some weird noise after the oil change at this place. Worst experience ever. Won’t be going here again.
Walmart do better the employee needs to be professional. what really sad and waste of time
