Today 04/03 I went to get a simple oil change. I checked in at 2:23 and I was told that it would only take 30 minutes. At 3:48 I was notified that the car service stared yet my car was still in the parking lot and it was there for more than an hour after I got the notification. I informed the manager that I got the wrong notification and that my car is still at the parking lot, and she made random excuses and didn’t try to solve my problem.
