Dear Walmart Auto Care Customer Service, I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Auto Care Center today. I had a scheduled reservation for 11:00 AM to have two front tires replaced, and I checked in early at 10:50 AM. Despite having an appointment, the service was not completed until 2:00 PM. Taking over three hours to change two tires is unacceptable, especially for a customer with a reservation. It takes long time even with an appointment
Nobody at the service desk. I had to wait very long after pressed the screen for service.
