Very bad and worst experience. My wheel alignment made worsen after the service. It was very good and perfect earlier. After service very worst. Not recommended
They need more customer service training and to update there tablet system
I ordered tires online and had them installed at this location. They squeezed me in without an appointment. I saved several hundred dollars. I’m not sure why the ratings are so low. The techs do good work. This is the least expensive place to get new tires in the DMV. There are a lot of food options, stores, and parks nearby to pass the time. The wait times are a little long because they have so much demand. Most places have to advertise to get customers, not here.
Waiting was long even after making appointment
i don’t think there’s a worse place to bring your car.. 3 hours for an oil change.
