Very rude older female working at the desk that randomly decided she was having a bad day and snapped at my wife and I immediately with attitude. She began demanding I look up the make and model of my truck then began treating me as if I was stupid twenty seconds later for showing her the specific details. Get your auto repairs done at a much cheaper and friendlier location, I would avoid this one.
Rude staff, do not use for automotive services.
Shop was not busy. Had an appointment for synthetic oil change. Got it done fast and I hope with the correct oil. I told them I did not need all the other things checked. When I checked out the guy starts telling me everything that they checked. I keep my tire pressure at 39 psi. One of my tires was at 47, one was 32, one was 42, one was 36 ! Nice job guys ! Hope my oil filter is tight. I better go check. You can't trust them.
