Went to get two front tires replaced and when I gave my info to be informed about the progress they were doing I waited inside Walmart. I received notice that there was a hold. Come to find out they didn’t have the dang tires in the first place. Wasn’t a whole hour from them. If you really need to be on budget make sure you ask them plenty of questions if they can actually do the job or have the parts for it. Staff had no communication with clients. This place sucks
Got an oil change May 13,2026. A month later after regular use, all oil spilled out due to filter being loose to the touch.
The first time they wasn’t able to do the oil change because they didn’t have the piece to change my oil, the time after they have the piece and is able to, the next time which is this time they don’t have it. Then suddenly lost the piece when I said I had an oil change with the same car. The lying and inconsistency to get an oil change for my car is unbelievable.
