The first time they wasn’t able to do the oil change because they didn’t have the piece to change my oil, the time after they have the piece and is able to, the next time which is this time they don’t have it. Then suddenly lost the piece when I said I had an oil change with the same car. The lying and inconsistency to get an oil change for my car is unbelievable. Refuses to answer the phone, put on hold for over 2.5 hours.
Turned my wife away for an in-warranty battery replacement because the acid from the battery they sold leaked onto the terminals and they told her to go get it serviced somewhere else since they couldn't replace the terminals for whatever reason.
