PAID OVER $30 FOR OIL CHANGE, NO NEW FILTER, STILL CHARGED FOR EXTRA OIL AND TOLD TO COME BACK EARLY FOR NEXT OIL CHANGE SINCE ONLY OLD OIL WILL BE FILTERED THROUGH MY CAR, WAS WARNED FOR SMELL OF BURNING OIL. I had an accident my wheel came off after coming to this shop for a front tire change. My right tire fell off by simply doing an U turn, thankfully nothing happened to me or my pregnant wife. I will never come here, rather check on things myself than random people. be-careful people.
Got there at 7am, got someone to check me in at 7:35am and was told my flat repair wouldn’t be done fixing till after 10am. No cars in the bays and no mechanics working on any vehicles. I kindly declined and too my business elsewhere. With no jobs in the bays and that many mechanics walking around trying to figure out what they need to do my vehicle would be done in 5 minutes. All I can say is Training!!! Your management team needs some drastic training!!!! Very shitty service! 👎
Bought tires online on walmart.com and had them installed and balanced all 4 tires. Scott was very helpful and nice. He even help me out on my spare tire that was leaking air on the valve stem. I would recommend this place.
I needed one more tire rotation before getting a new set of tires, Walmart does not take appointments for tire rotations and makes you go outside to the bay area to beg someone out there to do it, but they said it would take 3 hours, so why would I ever buy my new tires here. I'll go into a real tire shop.
