A week ago I took my wife's car to Walmart Auto Care to get its battery tested and replaced, and then this morning I took my truck there for the same reason. Both times, Walter helped me out, and he took great care of me. He was friendly and positive, and he put in extra effort to help me out.
I've been a customer since they open this Walmart the service keeps getting worst and worst. Before you didn't have to make an appointment the service was slow enough. Now you have to make an appointment to get service I thought that this will improve the service. I was wrong. Went there for 1 tire installation replacement and rotation appointment for 10am took 2.5 hours. A Mexican "llanteria" tire shop will do this in no more than 15 minutes. Had a scheduled oil change at 930. Had me waiting 2hrs and cancelled my appointment because he couldn’t get the hood up. He just had to pull the wire or came and got me!!!! This place is terrible don’t waste your time here period. I went to V. I.P auto service and they got me right in. I will never ever touch my car again!!!! Do not repeat do not go here !!!!!!!!
