Got two new tires installed. Had appointment, made it easier.
While the technicians were nice enough it took them a little over 2 hours 30 minutes to do an oil change and I was the only one in line for an oil change. Originally told 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. During this period of waiting around hour 2 went in to check and was told 10 minutes ended up waiting over 30 minutes. Couldn’t do a cabin air filter change so newer vehicles beware (mine was 2024). 0 Stars is TOO MUCH. They wrecked my vehicles engine by not properly doing an oil change. Left and found the power steering fluid bone dry amongst other things. A tire too flat. The greeter - kind. The CHILDREN they employ who do not know at all what they are doing and have zero supervision from their manager - horrific. Do not EVER come here for an oil change. I will never, ever trust my vehicles in the hands of Walmart Auto Care Ctr.'s again. Horrendous, and thanks for ruining my vehicle, engine blew up because of you.
