I was the only one here to get a oil change and the guy said 45 minutes to a hour and here it is almost 2 hours later and I had to go complain just to find out it was done waiting outside. Never again! Pay the extra at a regular shop these people are unprofessional and very rude!
El peor servicio recibido por parte del manager de este departamento!! Un señor muy mal educado con el peor servicio al cliente,humillante,racista con un actitud que deja mucho que desear deberían de tomar acciones con los trabajadores que maltratan a los clientes ya que este deja muy mal quedar a esta compañía y pone su reputación por el suelo !! Si pueden evitar comprar o hacerle servicio a su carro acá no lo dude así evitará pasar por un mal rato como me lo hicieron pasar a mí !!
Ordered 4 tires for a sienna van. They called me saying they couldn't loosen up a lug nut . They asked if I wanted to go try to get it off . I went and got it off . Good thing I did otherwise they would have done only 3 tires . I had asked them to save me one of my tires since I had replaced it 6 months ago .
