Had a great customer service experience there! There was an older gentleman in the shop, I believe his name was George. He was so helpful and as a salesman was very honest. Much appreciated.
Paid for 4 tires and installation on the 10th, was called on the 15th and told the supplier cancelled the order and I had to drive back in for a refund. Got there and was told they couldn’t refund my money, that I would have to check my credit card report for 10 business days to see if I got a refund. If not to get back with them. Absolute incompetence. Two wasted trips to add to it.
Be cautious when performing any car maintenance here. I had to change the oil myself later because they didn’t tighten the oil filter and it leaked all over the road. Fortunately, I didn’t drive far enough to notice the damage.
I would give them 0 star. I checked it in at 1 pm for tire pressure sensor replacement. Lady told me there was 1 car in front of me and my car would be ready by 2pm. They did not even pull my car in bay at 2:10pm . When I asked her , she said everybody showed up at 1 pm for their appointment. Why would you make someone wait if you have several appointments scheduled. I would go somewhere else. WASTE OF TIME. NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLES' TIME.
Rudest person I’ve ever talked too.. can’t ever get any info now and days from anyone without it being a problem. That’s in your job description, don’t like it find a new damn job!
