Terrible service, the customer entrance is closed.
Pitifully slow tire service. It might not be so slow if they weren’t just standing around chatting.
So far i havent found a reason to not like this autocare center.
Went in for 4 new tires had an appointment still had to wait almost an hour when this kid came out and told me they couldn't do my tires because my check engine light was on I told them this when I got there irregardless what does my check engine light have to do with tires he said engine might miss fire ok but you were supposed to do tires nothing what so ever to do with my engine
Stopped to get my tires rebalanced and rotated said they could get me right in after waiting for 20 minutes before asking again when they were going to be able to get me in at which point they told me they canceled it because they are down a tech and can only get to appointments for the rest of the night which is fine they get one star for making me wait 20 minutes instead of informing me whenever it was that they decided to cancel it
