Had to go back twice to have a tire fixed and was told if I had to go back after the 1st time that I would get at least 1/2 off a replacement tire and free installation but when I went back in with the once again flat tire, the manager was off and the guys working wouldn't honor it. I had to drive an hour and a half each way both times. I went to Walmart because when I purchased my tires there I bought the extended Roadside plan so they were supposed to fix it for nothing to begin with. I really wish I could leave 0 stars. My wife has taken her car here to routinely get an oil change at least the last three times she has needed one, except for today. I knew something was wrong when I checked her oil and it was dark as night, only after a few thousand miles. I began to suspect that Walmart wasn't even changing the filters like they said they were. Got Walmart Plus, free flat repair was a big draw. I've tried to use it 4 times on 3 different cars and every time there is some reason why they won't honor it. Tires too old (Learn to read your date codes guys), suspension on the truck is modified (It wasn't) puncture on the sidewall (The tread is not the sidewall). I guess they're used to dealing with people who don't know anything about cars or tires because every excuse has been a flat out lie. Terrible. I've always went elsewhere for my needs and decided to try walmart because they were about four hundred dollars cheaper on a set of tires. This is a prime example of you get what you pay for. Mañawa auto center has been a disaster. They replaced my tires and didn't balance a wheel. I scheduled an appointment was in there by eight AM and I didn't leave until after four o'clock before it was fixed.
