Very disappointed with the Auto Care Service Manager. Twice, he refused to honor my tire warranty, forcing me to pay for replacement tires. His customer service was also very poor. After these experiences, I have decided to cancel my Walmart+ membership.
only needed to replace two rear tires but they charged me and made me sign for a bunch of stuff that i didnt need when i scheduled. i also thought i scheduled for an oil change but they later told me that i didnt even after the woman the week before said that i had signed for it. when i asked to see a manager, nobody came for 15 minutes! unbelievable!
HORRIBLE customer service. Everyone I have ever spoke to there is rude and unprofessional. I purchased 4 new tires and had them installed. With an appointment I still waited almost 4 hours. When I left I instantly knew they were not properly balanced, my car was shaking all over the place. I took it back and they said I would need an appointment and were going to make me pay. I never leave reviews places, but if I can help steer someone away from this location specifically it’s worth it.
An absolute joke like most Wal mart auto care places. Called several times to see if they could get me in for a quick tire repair. No one ever answered. So I drove there and they had zero customers. Walked up to the front desk and the guy there was just chillin, clearly ignoring calls. I spoke to the manager in the work bays and he was sitting there literally sitting with another tech at 4pm chatting it up. Asked if they could plug my tire and he said no because they were busy. Had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 to get my oil changed for a 2026 Honda civic. Got checked in and then waited an hour and a half for them to tell me that “they didn’t have the specs to get the oil changed”. Very disappointed in this experience and will not be returning.
