Horrible severice 2nd time now schedule appointment and then after waiting 2 hours get told can't do tires cuz they don't have the stuff to do it will if you schedule appointment how not going to make sure you have the stuff to do it after you confirm appointment and have come and sit there for 2 hours be4 you tell them this 2nd time they can't do there work cuz they don't right stuff save your time and money go a nother place
Every time I have gone the service people have not told the truth. The first time I went they told me I didn't need an appointment a light bulb change but when I got there they was all booked and wouldn't take my car in for the light bulb change. The 2nd time I needed an oil change and a fuel filter change they told me that the fuel filter was included and I get there and they don't even do fuel filter replacements I also need spark plugs changed and you don't do that either. First I’d like to start off by saying James at the desk was wonderful. Same with the lady that was there while he went to lunch. The reason I’m even giving a second star is because of those two. Everything else was pathetic. It was supposed to be an hour wait and I waited for about 3 hours as I saw many people come and go that came after me and were helped before me. Then when I asked if they could take a look at my light bulb on my taillight, an easy question for them, that I needed help with replacing, they seriously could... read more
They're not for oil change i don't recommend this place for oil change
