Had two tires replaced on a little car, they stripped one of the lug studs on the way off, put it back on halfway till it got stuck and gave it back like that with the new tire not on. Told them I can just knock it out real quick right there in the lot if they can just swap the rubber onto the rim for me (I was carrying tools and spare studs from doing the rear).
