Went to get an oil change and a shampoo Dr guy with long beard said there were not taking anyone. It was 1pm on a Saturday. All he does is play with his beard when he’s talking to you. He said they were full. All I saw was one truck in the area. Don’t waste your time there. There’s more places to go too.
An impolite staff member over the phone for the auto center abruptly disconnected the call & did not answer all my questions. Thankfully a polite staff member in-person provided an estimated wait time of 45 mins for my walk in for an oil change to be accepted.
My husband got all 4 of this tires changed here & had a great experience. The technician (Chris) working on his car was very professional, respectful & was very helpful. Definitely do recommend coming here for any of your car auto needs.
