An impolite staff member over the phone for the auto center abruptly disconnected the call & did not answer all my questions. Thankfully a polite staff member in-person provided an estimated wait time of 45 mins for my walk in for an oil change to be accepted.
My husband got all 4 of this tires changed here & had a great experience. The technician (Chris) working on his car was very professional, respectful & was very helpful. Definitely do recommend coming here for any of your car auto needs.
Yes I know all places mostly have lazy workers and good workers. It’s not fair to say this place is not good because of lazy ones. There is one great worker (Chris) who is respectful and always tries to help even guide me towards where I can get help if they can’t figure it out. He’s literally their best worker and I will always come back if he can be the one to assist me.
