I got a oil change done to my Silverado back in October November last year time for a new oil change, discovered that the screw was over tightened on the oil pan, causing damage to the rubber garment and the oil filter was way too tight. Poor customer service overall
Came in to replace a couple batteries that were failing and still had warranty. The staff were quick, respectful, and diligent. First time coming here and I was impressed. Especially with Chris. He did great
Worst Walmart Auto care center,,,I will be speaking with corporate,every weekend they want to close early,,there was nobody there at 2pm when I showed up this last time and asked if I can wait to see if their next appointment showed they said they are closing early anyway due to short staff,,,it's always the same excuse,other walmarts are short staffed but still take my car,,if this is happening to you write a review and expose these lazy people..sometimes it's the only way to get them to fix the problem
HORRIBLE. my small car has been here for an OVER AN HOUR for ONE TIRE being put on. I’m now late for work, and they continue to work on cars coming in while mine still is sitting there with a donut on.
