If I could put 0 stars I would. Mind you I NEVER complain or even leave reviews like this. But I was there 2 times one time for about 5.5hrs to get new tires & went back to fix an issue I was having since getting them installed for another 3hrs. On Dec 22 I came in for an oil change on my subaru Legacy at the Medina Walmart Autocare. The tech emptied the transmission fluid and then added oil to our already full oil reservoir. The tech then drive the car out of the bay ruining our transmission. I have been back and forth with the claims manager and nothing has been resolved. Our car is ruined. The manager Taylor told me they are trying to better train the techs in Subaru cars. My thought is why are the techs who ruined our car still working there.. Do the right thing... read more
Hard to beat these prices. I've gotten 3 sets of tires here and they were a great value. Goodyear assurance and relaints are very well rated Walmart only tires. As to the assurance; even car & driver said you can't beat these for the price and rated them one of the best top 5 value tires for 2025. And the reliant is their best seller. *Black Friday sales are the best prices of the year.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an “auto shop”. They installed bad tires in my wife’s car. She got on the highway, hit 70 and the whole car started to shake. When I returned to seek answers the “manager” of the auto center was the nastiest woman I’ve ever encountered. Her attitude was awful. Her knowledge of cars was even worse.
