I was at the counter for 20 minutes to get a price on some tires and no one showed.... so I left
My wife and her grandma were there for 4.5 hours for 2 valave stem replacements after they put new tires on her car and used old valave stems. And then tried to charge her 77 dollar. Place is a joke. They might want to up there standards of workers.
I swung in to get googone. It was super easy in out trip. Staff was very helpful.

My teenage son went to get tires I purchased online at his scheduled appointment time. Not only did they not have the tires-they didn’t tell him for an hour. So he wasted the time to drive out there and wandered around the store for an hour to be told to come back tomorrow. Why didn’t you offer a tire that was in stock??? Will never use them again.
