Every single time I’ve tried to schedule an appointment for either me or my husband, we show up and they are always double or tripled booked for the same time slot . My husband just was up there 3 times in less than 7 days for that reason … he just left there today because they said they doubled booked his time slot yet again. He left . Fix your crap Walmart .
Things have changed here. I waited 20 minutes while the confused staff argued while simply dropping off my car. I was assured that I was purchasing a full service oil change. Pickup was also slow. Long wait. When I drive away I noticed they had not vacuumed as promised. The next day my change oil warning was on the display so no reset. Driving the car I received a warning that the hood was not latched. This could have been a real concern. I pulled over and latched the hood. This place needs some new management.
Unbelievable long and not efficient process to just drop off some used motor oil. They need better management here.
Walmart made a small mistake on my vehicle and made it right with many extras on my other vehicle! I can't thank you enough!
Walmart tech fills my truck up with 6 quarts of oil without removing the first 6 quarts and claims no responsibility. Don't get services here.
