I came in with a flat tire today. Cedric and Zack were able to fit me into the schedule and fix my car. They were the heroes of my day.

Drew and the crew on 1st shift fit me in without an appointment and got me back on the road when I had a valve stem leak. Excellent customer service, I would recommend working with those guys.
I brought a tire in with a nail hole in it, which was witnessed by a tow truck driver. When the guy came out after "checking it" he showed me several gashes in the sidewall of the tire that were not there before. Way to drum up business?
