Had a great experience today. Took a little longer then expected but was kept informed the entire way on how the job was coming along. Coach Kevin, Team lead Charles and crew Jacob , Eric , Jace, and Andrew all did fantastic. Will definitely be back.
One of my tires was lost in the computer somehow, and my appointment auto canceled because of it. They spent the time sorting it out got my car in and my tires on. Wonderful customer service. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you again guys!
Worked with Cedric and Riley. Awesome customer service. They appeared to work together well and also other clients as well. Got me in for a tire and oil change quickly. Didn't try to over sell me. Great experience.
Came to get my oil changed and tires rotated with plenty of time before close and the employees were slow and denied to do it and then finally called management and a very rude manager named Stacy came over and was very rude refused to help and she should not have a job. And the auto center should learn what customer service is and how to do their jobs.
I swear the girl ringing us up was high. It took an hour for her to figure it out.
