Great customer service everyone was so nice
They are incredibly unreliable. I've needed an oil change eversince the recent snow storm, and they either don't answer the phones or schedule the wrong time or just close up shop early/whenever they want. I'm now several hundred miles over when I needed an oil change because the closest and most convenient location for me to do so wants to have a wild goose chase over something as simple as an oil change.
