Purchased a replacement tire for a 25 seltos AWD. They wouldn't install it unless I purchased an additional 3 tires because there was more than a 2/32 tire wear difference from the new tire versus the old. The car has 7000 miles on it. I checked with Kia and per there specs all 4 tires need to be within 10mm of the same circumference on all there AWD vehicles. do not come here for a simple oil change or a tire rotation. you will come out with a broken brake line on brakes that just got replaced. the manager austin is rude and tried to take advantage of a 19 year old girl. the guy doing the oil change knew he messed up bc he made eye contact with my 19 year old sister and the look on his face made her think something was wrong. and she turned out to be right. leave it to walmart to be incompetent for something so simple. and my husband and i do our oil changes etc etc bc he’s a mec... read more
Wentzville automotive at Walmart is very good great price got full synthetic, my oil changed in less than 30 minutes and I wasn’t sitting there doing nothing. I actually did my shopping that I needed to do. Great people couldn’t ask for anything more.
