I came in for an oil change and was the first person waiting in line. The person in front of the service area clearly saw that I was there. Shortly after, another car arrived and cut in front of me, and nothing was said about it. I didn’t make a big deal and continued waiting. I scheduled an oil change one week in advance and arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, exactly as instructed. Despite this, my car was not taken in for service even after waiting an hour and a half. What made the experience especially frustrating was that other vehicles were being serviced ahead of me — including cars that arrived after I did and cars that appeared to be walk-ins waiting in line. I just want Tuesday afternoon and then Friday afternoon my engine doesn't work no more I did an oil change all of a sudden my engine broke from these people now I have to get a new car thank you Walmart
I drove 1.5 hours from Los Angeles to get here. I came because I was looking for a specific product and car service. But when I arrived, they told me they don't do battery replacements for hybrid cars. Why don't you mention this on your website?
Awful experience. It was cheap, but you get what you pay for. Appointments mean nothing to them, customer service means nothing to them. A simple tire change took 24 hours, and they do not call to let you know if there's an issue. Had I not called to check the status of my car the day I dropped it off after three and a half hours, they likely wouldn't have called me to tell me that despite making an appointment, I'd have to come back the following day.
