Put the wrong oil in my car TWICE. Do not come here for the convenience, they are incompetent.
Bought two tires ahead of time and scheduled an appointment for just one of the tires to be installed. When I got there I was third in line, they told me about an hour to get it installed. From the time they started it took over an hour and a half and that was with 5 guys and no other cars in the shop. I sat and watched videos of Chinese women changing entire truck tires by themselves in about 15 minutes while I was waiting. I've been going here for years. One day I walked in and I was standing outside for 15 minutes without anybody attending me so I told the manager. As revenge they torqued my oil cap when they change my oil so hard, purposely. So I took it to another Walmart auto center they told me that the last person that did my oil torqued my oil cap so hard that they stripped it and then I need to get another one replaced little did they know it was the auto center Walmart in Westminster on trask and Beach that has been changing my oil.
