Called in to see if they had availability for walk in oil changes which they said yes, i get there and they said it would take max 45 minutes, i was ok with that but it ended up taking close to 2 hours. I got there 7:20am and left at 9. i am now late to work +will get stuck in the indy morning rush which i did not plan, i specifically went in early to avoid being late to work. I did oil change not even a month yet, all the sudden I heard loud sound in and out. I got so worried so...I decided to go to another repair shop, and I was told I have no oil not even a drop (they told us they might use half oil and half water which is really bad for your cars).Now my engine is effected and I have to replace it to new one which cost over 5,000 dollars, this Walmart wasn't worth it I paid over 100+ for it and scammed me, this Walmart doesn't even deserve even 1 stars
If I could give zero stars to give review I would. First off Sunday morning 7 am took my car in for an oil change and plug in my tire as I was heading out of town. First impression the girl putting in the service wasn't polite at all very rude and showed she had better things to do than help a customer. After about an hour went to check on vehicle the big dude burned himself on the exhaust and he rudely stated that he hadnt looked at the tire but the other girl that changed the oil said it had a busted belt and wires showing... read more
