The guys always take good care of us. From the check in guy to the technicians. I’m always happy to have all my service needs done on my car at the Muncie’s Clara lane service center!!
I ordered tires on line in which was so easy to find what I wanted at a descent price and able to make an appointment for installation with road hazard and other things at a cheaper price. They sent reminders and an opertunity tolet them know I was on my way to be ready. We shopped and as we were ready to check out they text me it was done. They were quick and so friendly and much appreciated. The lady and gentle, man were so friendly and enjoyed talking with them, great people. thank you.
Well I had to get an appointment for 8 am to get new tires I get there 15 mins early and at 10 am they still don’t have my tires on my car. Worst ever and caused me to miss 2 appointments
Love north Walmart great customer service and service!
Incompetent employees. Manager called me stupid for wanting to do a service recommended by my mechanic instead of just taking my money and completing the job. Employees taking forever to do simple tasks. Take your car anywhere else but here.
