Went to schedule an appointment. There were 8 vehicles set for 1130. Zero care or customer service. Best to replace the management here with those who have the ability to manage a simple department.
This place worked with me. I was out of town and made an appointment for tires but ended up going to the wrong walmart. I called them and told them my situation (at my appointment time) they rescheduled me for the same day, got me in and out quickly. I was very relieved.
Long post ahead. I would give negative stars if possible so people could see the general rating and go elsewhere for their own sakes. I had a tire blow out on the way home from work so I called around to find the fastest replacement available and settled on the Walmart in Muscle Shoals. Went to get my oil changed and immediately started smelling burning oil. Finally found out that they didnt put the seal back in my drain plug and now have completely lost every bit of oil that was paid for to be put in my car. Do better!!!! Would not recommend
Great service. Very courteous sales people. Will definitely take my car in there next time if I need to.
