I wish you success if you go in for anything other than having new tires installed. The staff are not allowed to book appointments for any other services. Trying to get an oil change and my tires rotated took multiple tries. I was in the area for the last few days and it was frustrating. The staff were polite. They are understaffed. Staff is extremely rude to customers and their coworkers. I work in management and lord if my staff ever acted like that in-front of customers. They would no longer have a job. Tires are cheap, just order online and install else where. This was my second visit with a bad experience. Employees seem bothered and annoyed with having to work and glad to tell you no. Very friendly and knowledgeable and nice people, they didn't have the equipment to fix what I needed, but they assessed it and told me what does need to be done and showed me places I could have it done all at no charge, good people
