Stupidity on a whole new level. Brought my Chrysler in to get a new tire, they said they couldn't get the tire off. They said the lug nuts were swollen so I came in with my ratchet and loosened them, and the lug nuts were not even tight at all. Then they told me they couldn't take the tire off. Because they don't carry a twenty two millimeter or a seven eighth socket. I googled it , and that's exactly the size of the lug nuts on a chrysler 300. Had my oil change done in Oak Grove, KY and the staff was super friendly and quick. They had me in and out in under an hour and that's only because they needed me to sign something before they continued and I didn't hear my phone or it would have been done quicker. Definitely would recommend this store.
I called before I went down there to get a battery for my car someone answered saying come no one in line get there.no one at the register to help the supervisor nowhere to be found then I went up front it's a black woman that works the register she is so clueless.i ask the girl why you call her here very clueless. And didn't get my battery 🙃

Great experience with Oak Grove Wal-mart Auto techs. They dismounted and mounted 4 tires I brought in for 11$ each, and disposed of old tires for small fee. I called them same morning for an afternoon appt. and they finished in about one hour.
