Unfortunately have to add to the 1-stars here. Scheduled a 4:30pm appointment. Walmart assistant at the desk checked in the wrong car, so he deleted my appointment and made a new one. However, since this wasn't scheduled online I guess it wasn't "priority status." Due to this I apparently dropped to the bottom of the priority list. I have been waiting for assistance for 15 mins. Quietly, patiently, and standing here at the desk. Nobody has shown up. There isn't a bell to ring. The only reason I gave any stars is because I'm hoping that when someone does show up , I will be helped. UPDATE : Another 10 minutes went by before someone showed up with keys to assist me. Once he got there, the service was fast.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Walmart tire shop. When I arrived, I was told the service would be done quickly, which was the main reason I chose them. However, after waiting around, another employee told me it would actually take much longer. The lack of clear communication and the constant shifting of expectations was extremely frustrating. Went in for an oil change and was called back because oil filter was on too tight from previous shop and couldn't change oil, took it back to jiffy lube and they took it right off and I was told this was the 4th vehicle from there with same issue.
