Came in to purchase a set of tires and installation. Shop was absolutely empty, no tire service or oil change services going on. Said the soonest appointment was the next day in the afternoon. Poor shop management. The guy selling booking me the appointment said everyone was on lunch break and they don’t schedule enough employees on the weekends to cover the volume of customers they receive.
Sarang is ALWAYS rude whenever I come to get an oil change. No customer service skills at all. I also overheard her and one of the mechanics laughing and saying my car will explode because they offered to change my air filter and I declined. I’m not sure if they didn’t know I was in the waiting room or just didn’t care. Either way FIX YOUR ATTITUDES!
Asked for a tire rotation and tire repair. They took roughly 2 hours to not find the leak in my tire and to not rotate my tires. They didn’t even notify me when they finished.
