Gave this place a second chance and it was a mistake. Last time I got my tires here they first claimed they didn't have them after I ordered them online and was notified they were ready and once I got the manager involved they did have them but it took 3 hours to get them installed when I had an appointment. Gave the benefit of doubt and ordered new tires here again and it's the same bullshit, I made an appointment and paid for the tires only to arrive for installation to be told we cannot give you a wait time. Weren’t going to give me the tires I paid for and cancelled my service after 40 minutes of my appointment time when I dropped my vehicle off early. Told they paged me on intercom when they didn’t and was only notified by an email as the call didn’t go through. Told I was denied due to swollen lug nuts. Had to hunt someone down to get tires and was told they couldn’t find my order. 30 minutes later they found the tires I left and went to a different location. Stupidity on a whole new level. Brought my Chrysler in to get a new tire, they said they couldn't get the tire off. They said the lug nuts were swollen so I came in with my ratchet and loosened them, and the lug nuts were not even tight at all. Then they told me they couldn't take the tire off. Because they don't carry a twenty two millimeter or a seven eighth socket. I googled it , and that's exactly the size of the lug nuts on a chrysler 300.
