Say is open and when we get there they are not open
Weren’t going to give me the tires I paid for and cancelled my service after 40 minutes of my appointment time when I dropped my vehicle off early. Told they paged me on intercom when they didn’t and was only notified by an email as the call didn’t go through. Told I was denied due to swollen lug nuts. Stupidity on a whole new level. Brought my Chrysler in to get a new tire, they said they couldn't get the tire off. They said the lug nuts were swollen so I came in with my ratchet and loosened them, and the lug nuts were not even tight at all. Then they told me they couldn't take the tire off. Because they don't carry a twenty two millimeter or a seven eighth socket. I googled it , and that's exactly the size of the lug nuts on a chrysler 300. Had my oil change done in Oak Grove, KY and the staff was super friendly and quick. They had me in and out in under an hour and that's only because they needed me to sign something before they continued and I didn't hear my phone or it would have been done quicker. Definitely would recommend this store.
