I called before I went down there to get a battery for my car someone answered saying come no one in line get there.no one at the register to help the supervisor nowhere to be found then I went up front it's a black woman that works the register she is so clueless.i ask the girl why you call her here very clueless. And didn't get my battery 🙃

Great experience with Oak Grove Wal-mart Auto techs. They dismounted and mounted 4 tires I brought in for 11$ each, and disposed of old tires for small fee. I called them same morning for an afternoon appt. and they finished in about one hour.
Made an appointment for an oil change, arrived on time, after 1.5 hours of waiting was denied service due to auto team being unable to access the oil filter.
Unfortunately have to add to the 1-stars here. Scheduled a 4:30pm appointment. Walmart assistant at the desk checked in the wrong car, so he deleted my appointment and made a new one. However, since this wasn't scheduled online I guess it wasn't "priority status." Due to this I apparently dropped to the bottom of the priority list. My car was finally pulled in to be worked on at 7:10pm. That's absolutely ridiculous. If you're going to come here, have a way to leave. There's no knowing how long you'll have to wait.
