Broke the driver side window and tried to charge me for fixing it. Never coming here again. The store manager was very rude.
Great customer service from Edwin, Manager had a cool personality as well And although my car does need brakes and rotors repaired, the bolts were completely fastened when I brought my car in. Not so much after I left. That’d be my only concern and reason for two star review. 5 star customer service I drove to Utah right before buying two new tires Scary to think what would have happened if I had needed the tires before.
Workers don’t know what they are talking about has to get the store manager involved knew what we were talking about been working on cars for 20+years. Then refuse to place tires on my vehicle now have to go back tomorrow
I bought and had installed all 4 tires here 2 years ago. I bought the road warranty as well. 9000 miles later I had a tire blow and called them. They said they'd only replace 2 across an axle, so I ordered 2, which took a week and were shipped to my house. When I got to my appointment, they said they now would only replace the whole set and that the road warranty wiuld not apply.
