I had an appointment at 10 am and was running about 15 min late and gave them a heads up and to which they were VERY understanding. Was greeted and checked in right away, I asked the desk attendant if they could put air in my spare tire and was told that was no problem at all. 7 hours after my appointment I noticed all of my tires had fully been filled with air plus I had windshield whiper fluid (something I hadn’t had in 3 months because I was lazy lol). Showed up with tears in my eyes at 6:40pm with a massive Kentucky Derby assignment the next morning and a tire that couldn't be saved. Nowhere else was open, or they didn't have what I needed. I genuinely thought I wouldn't be able to go. The folks working closing on April 24th deserve a raise. Had my tire, stayed late to help me get a new one on, and had me taken care of for derby week. You guys saved a life long dream of mine and I couldn't be any more thankful.

Absolutely terrible service!! I ordered a tire last Wednesday and here it is a week later and I still have no tire and no one’s offered to help figure out what happened. It says delivered Friday but yall say you couldn’t find it and no one’s offered to help order a new one or find one of the same size. Absolute joke of a tire shop. Never using yall again and I’ll tell all my friends about my terrible experience.
